To support portions of their recruitment function, previously handled by a staffing manager and recruiter. Over 150 positions are open on a regular basis.

Results
HRA added a human touch to their applicant tracking system by:

• Reviewing resumes that passed the technology pre-screen to determine actual suitability for the position applied for.

• Phone screening candidates that the hiring manager determined to be of interest.

• Generating candidate names for positions identified as difficult-to-fill and then contacting these passive candidates to determine interest.
