Goal
To provide a fully outsourced HR function as support to the employee overseeing
payroll.

HRA acted as the independent
outside resource for the company by handling:
Recruiting and
screening for all positions from part-time clerical through executive with
a special emphasis on medical billers and analysts.
All administrative functions from employee orientation, file creation
and maintenance, compensation and benefit enrollments and changes, performance
management, Family Medical Leave and other leaves of absence, payroll maintenance,
etc.
Employee and supervisory counseling activities and problem-solving.
