A 170 employee multi-location health provider

Goal
To provide a fully outsourced HR function as support to the employee overseeing payroll.

Results
HRA acted as the independent outside resource for the company by handling:

• Recruiting and screening for all positions from part-time clerical through executive with a special emphasis on medical billers and analysts.

• All administrative functions from employee orientation, file creation and maintenance, compensation and benefit enrollments and changes, performance management, Family Medical Leave and other leaves of absence, payroll maintenance, etc.
